Recipe
Boil, peel & mash 500gm. Potatoes, take 2 to 3 small tbsp. Oil in A big pan. Add 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds and 2 or 3 green chilly after oil hot. And add 50 gram boiled green peas, now fry slowly it for 30 to 60 second. Now Add 500 gms. Boiled potato and 50 gram sunfairy masala. For 1 to 2 minutes Slowly. Now add some green coriander and mint leaves. Now its ready your Samosa masala. You can add dry fruit also. No need for salt to add. Take ready Or home made samosa patti & fill with stuffing. Fry till golden brown in hot Oil. Serve hot with sweet and green chutney.
