Recipe
Take 500 grams of unpeeled moong dal, soak it in water for about 4 hours, or if you want to prepare it quickly, you can also boil it. Grind the soaked dal into a granular paste in a mixer. Now take pulses in a vessel and add some gram flour in it. Add one spoon of oil in it and a pinch of sweet soda, now add finely chopped coriander leaves and 2-4 green chilies, then add 2 spoons of Sanfairy Masala in it, add some water and mix the solution well, as per taste. Add salt, keep the batter for 10 minutes, your Dal Vada Batter is ready. Make it hot. Serve with chutney or sauce. This is how you make Dal Kachori Masala Fry 100 grams of besan well in oil till it turn brown, and after adding 200 grams of soaked dal in it, add 2- 3 spoons of Sanfairy Masala, fry well, your Kachori Masala is ready. Similary add this spice to all of you.
